Exchange & Returns Policy

I want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, exchanges and returns are offered under the following conditions:

Returns or exchanges can be requested within 14 days of receiving your order.

Condition of Items
All items must be returned in their original condition and packaging. I reserve the right to refuse a return or exchange if the item is not in a resalable condition.

Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for the cost of return postage. It is strongly recommended to use a tracked or signed-for delivery service to ensure the item arrives safely.

Proof of Postage
Please retain your tracking number or proof of postage until the return has been received and processed, as I cannot be held responsible for items lost in transit.

Bespoke & Custom Orders
Bespoke, personalised, or custom-made items are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged.

Processing Your Return
Once the return is received and inspected, the exchange or refund will be processed as quickly as possible. Please note that processing times may vary.
